Members of this fine organization \u2014 including Velma Harasen, C.W.L.\u2019s former national president \u2014 were able to visit these projects during our Holy Land Pilgrimage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video above highlights the good work of two of CNEWA\u2019s partners in the Holy Land:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Infant Welfare Center in Jerusalem assists teenagers with learning disabilities and helps them to stay in school, as well as providing support for their families and teachers.<\/li><li>The Shepherd\u2019s Field Hospital in Beit Sahour (near Bethlehem) provides much-needed health care to pregnant women, new mothers and their babies \u2014 including many of the poorest in the region.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cnewa.org\/ca\/cwl-holy-land\/\">Click here if you\u2019d like to contribute to \u201cVelma\u2019s Dream.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next year, from 29 June \u2013 9 July 2014, CNEWA Canada will again extend to C.W.L. members the opportunity to join us on a pilgrimage.
