It shows, beautifully and powerfully, the faces and experiences of so many who are walking their own Way of the Cross every day in the world CNEWA serves.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>First Station<br>\nJesus is condemned to death<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Not everyone who says to me, \u2018Lord, Lord,\u2019 will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven<\/em>.\u201d (<em>Mt<\/em>&nbsp;7:21)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord, how many mothers even today share the experience of your\nMother, as they weep for the fate of their daughters and sons? <strong>How many conceive and give birth to their\nchildren, only to see them suffer and die from disease, malnutrition and lack\nof water, medical care and hope for the future?<\/strong> We pray for those who hold\npositions of responsibility, that they may heed the cry of the poor rising up\nto you from every part of our world.
