Mozayal Hassuna walks the streets of Gaza, looking for food for her four children. The family has been displaced by the Israeli invasion of Gaza, triggered by Hamas\u2019 attacks on Israel more than 22 months ago. Since March, the Israeli military has closed all crossings into the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI can\u2019t provide a small loaf for the children to eat,\u201d says Ms. Hassuna, whose son tells her she lets him go to bed hungry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe famine is great,\u201d says street vendor Ahmed Sawafiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe hope to God that things get better,\u201d he adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Maher Ayyad, medical director of Al-Ahli Hospital, notes people are starving because of the border closures. He, like others interviewed in the video, wants peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
