No hay lugares seguros en Ucrania que no hayan sido tocados por la guerra. M\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de ucranianos luchan ahora en las fuerzas de defensa del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional para las Migraciones, en dos a\u00f1os, m\u00e1s de 14 millones de ucranianos, un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds, se han visto obligados a abandonar sus hogares. De ellos, 6,5 millones viven actualmente en el extranjero como refugiados, 4,5 millones ya han regresado a casa y 3,7 millones siguen desplazados internos dentro de Ucrania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este tr\u00e1gico contexto, los j\u00f3venes ucranianos no se desaniman, sino que siguen construyendo sus vidas en nuevas circunstancias. Algunos, como el estudiante de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica ucraniana Volodymyr Shypitsyn, se unieron al ej\u00e9rcito como voluntarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otras, como Kateryna Kremin o Lidia Hnatiuk, empezaron a ayudar a las personas necesitadas. Este es a menudo el camino elegido incluso por las personas desplazadas internamente, como Maria Ustinova, que sobrevivi\u00f3 a la ocupaci\u00f3n de su ciudad natal, Oleshky, en el sur de Ucrania, pero ha superado sus traumas y ahora trabaja con adolescentes en Caritas en la peque\u00f1a ciudad de Brody, en el oeste de Ucrania. Es aqu\u00ed donde Mar\u00eda conoci\u00f3 a su prometido, Fedir Khudiakova, tambi\u00e9n desplazado interno. Juntos, ofrecen ayuda voluntaria a Donb\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh Romanchuk, psic\u00f3logo y director del Instituto de Salud Mental de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Ucraniana, enumera los trastornos de salud mental m\u00e1s comunes a los que se enfrentan los j\u00f3venes ucranianos. Trastorno de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico, trastornos de ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, trastornos del sue\u00f1o y trastornos de la alimentaci\u00f3n. Pero no considera a esta generaci\u00f3n perdida y habla de un crecimiento postraum\u00e1tico y de resiliencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los j\u00f3venes ucranianos, los h\u00e9roes de esta historia, provienen de diferentes regiones y tienen diversas experiencias y or\u00edgenes. Sin embargo, todos afirman que la guerra les ha hecho madurar r\u00e1pidamente.
