On behalf of the CNEWA Canada team, and with the blessing of Archbishop Marcel Damphousse, Chair of the CNEWA Canada Board, you are invited to celebrate “Light in the East” – CNEWA Canada’s 20th Anniversary Gala on Friday, November 7, 2025.

This unforgettable evening celebrates your support of churches and vulnerable communities throughout the Middle East, Northeast Africa, India, and Eastern Europe.

We will hear from our guests of honour, Good Shepherd Sr. Marie Claude Naddaf from Lebanon, and Michel Constantin, Lebanon Regional Director for CNEWA.

Our first Gala promises an inspiring program filled with powerful stories and moments of hope related to Sr. Naddaf’s fight against human trafficking in the Middle East.
