“Gaza is now facing a serious humanitarian crisis,”
according to Mr. Joseph Hazboun, CNEWA’s Jerusalem Director, who visited the Gaza Strip in the spring. The living conditions of its 1.9 million inhabitants are deteriorating rapidly.
This reality was confirmed by the United Nations, who recently called upon the international community to increase support for Gaza in order to prevent a deeper crisis.
The people of Gaza lack basic supplies such as food, medical supplies, and drinking water.
They have limited access to electricity; contaminated water due to broken sanitation plants; high unemployment, increasing poverty, and insufficient housing.
With your prayers and by making a generous donation, you can strengthen the Christian presence in Gaza and promote Christian values of compassion and peace.
