Stand with Iraqi Christians
War. Persecution. Pandemic. But through it all, your continued help shows the Iraqi people they are not alone.
Pope Francis will be the first pope to visit Iraq in the history of the Church. “They will see the pope is there,” he said. “I am the pastor of people who are suffering.”
Indeed, Iraqi families face challenges many of us can barely imagine. But with your prayers and support, CNEWA’s church partners accompany them as they rebuild their lives, their homes, and their futures.
In 2021, your support will help the Dominican Sisters provide food, clothing and health care to an orphanage in Qaraqosh. The Daughters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus will be able to help elderly and disabled women in Erbil. And seminarians and novices will receive education and necessary formation to help spread the Gospel and witness to the Good News.
By the grace of God, a world of possibility and promise is once again within their reach.
Join the Holy Father on this journey — and join CNEWA as we reach out to uplift and sustain the people of Iraq during these difficult times.
