As we celebrate 100 years of CNEWA’s mission of faith, compassion, and service, we invite you to hear a special message from His Beatitude Sviatoslav Shevchuk, the head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church this year’s recipient of CNEWA Canada’s Faith and Culture Award.
In this heartfelt message, he reflects on CNEWA’s enduring partnership with the Eastern Churches, expresses gratitude for our solidarity with the people of Ukraine, and offers a blessing for our mission as we begin our second century of service.
On Friday, November 6, 2026, we celebrate 100 Years of Mission. Find more about this special evening that will bring together friends, benefactors, clergy, and partners from across Canada to give thanks for a century of God’s faithfulness and the mission we have shared together.
