Be a Star this Christmas
This Christmas, please consider a gift from the heart by giving to our “Be a Star” campaign.
This year has no doubt been a difficult year for many: the ongoing war in Ukraine amidst rising inflation, troubles in east Africa and a pandemic that continues on has dimmed many stars for people who we wish to lift up and offer hope.
We hope that by “being a Star” this holiday season, you will light up a family’s life in Ethiopia who continue suffering from food shortages or children in Syria and Iraq who suffer from trauma.
We also hope you’ll consider being a shining light for our brothers and sisters in Ukraine. Brave priests from Ukraine like Fr. Yuriy continue to be “stars”, risking their lives to serve and bring hope to their communities.
If you are able, we invite you to make a donation. Your support and your prayers will make a difference this Christmas.
We are happy to share with you that Msgr. Peter Vaccari, the international president of CNEWA, plans to go to Bethlehem for this year’s Christmas Midnight Mass at the Church of the Nativity.
If you send us your prayer intentions, they will be remembered in a special way in Bethlehem on December 25. Please submit your prayer intentions below.
