Multimedia Content Creator
Our dedicated Communications and Marketing team brings CNEWA’s world to life through the telling of stories that inform, educate, and cultivate a call to action. Story telling is integral to the fulfillment of our mission in helping people in need.
The Multimedia Content Creator develops compelling stories that advance the mission, impact, and visibility of CNEWA. We seek an exceptional writer and communicator who produces journalistic content and engaging, audience-focused digital content that transforms complex information into clear, accessible narratives and adapts core content across multiple platforms, including print publications, websites, email campaigns, video, and other multimedia channels.
An ideal candidate possesses strong reporting, interviewing and research abilities. Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and communication objectives. Experience managing content for social media, email marketing, and web platforms. Working knowledge of content analytics and digital engagement metrics. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments. Experience working in nonprofit, international development or mission-driven organizations. Photography, video production, graphic design, or multimedia storytelling experience preferred. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
This position reports directly to the Director of Communications and Marketing in our NYC HQ office location.
