Grateful to Serve Children With Special Needs

The Samaritan Sisters have committed their lives to caring for children with special needs whose parents feel unable to care for them.

At Snehadpeethi Special School, which the Samaritan Sisters founded in 2000, the children have all of their basic needs met. They also receive the various physical and speech therapies they need to enhance their physical and intellectual development.

As a boarding school, the children also develop a sense of family and friendship in a warm environment that encourages their personal growth.

“We are really grateful to see the joy on the parents’ faces when they see their children’s development,” says Sister Aneeta Palackal.

“The Samaritan Sisters are really grateful to work with these children,” she adds.
