We’re excited to announce a new way to help spread “the contagion of hope.” CNEWA is participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), the workplace fundraising program of the U.S. federal government.
This gives federal employees the opportunity to make charitable contributions to CNEWA through payroll deductions during the campaign, which runs from 21 September 2020 through 15 January 2021.
Government employees are among the most generous and service-oriented workers in the United States — and we’re especially privileged to offer them this opportunity to extend that mission of service to the mission of CNEWA — by uplifting the poor, the sick, the persecuted and the desperate in some of the most challenging corners of the world. The need is especially great now, with a pandemic ravaging the world and one country in particular, Lebanon, taking on major socioeconomic and political challenges after a devastating explosion left hundreds of thousands homeless.
